Wow 4 months!!

Can you believe that Lily is 4 months old?  Times flies, unless your pregnant or at work then it goes really slow.

Its been a big month for Lily.  She had her 1st illness which led to her 1st hospital stay.  She shared her wonderful laugh with us and started to grasp at toys.  She has started the teething process and is drooling more than I though humanly possible.  She had her 1st bowl of cereal which she loves to gurgle.  She has a wonderful baby!

At her 4 month check up Lily weighed 11lbs 4 ounces and was 24 1/2" tall.  Her head is 15 3/4" in diameter.  Keep in mind that she was in the hospital a week before this appointment which we are sure affected her weight.  For the most part she still wears 0-3 months but her height has in her some 3-6 month outfits.  Finally no newborn clothing!!!

She is now at 5 ounces every few hours and is eating cereal once a day.  She thinks this is the funnest thing.

She had some great 11-12 hour nights earlier this month but got sick and now is back to waking up a few times a night.  This month she got really easy to put to sleep.  You basically swaddle her, lay her down say shh a couple of times and presto a sleeping baby!

Lily still hates tummy time but is going longer without crying.  Every now and then she will roll over because she is so mad. 

This month brought so much growth we can't wait to see what comes next!!!!.
